I enjoyed the insight of comparing TV to social media. I think that one of the power of social media is to feel intimately connected to strangers. Whether good or bad, I can’t say that for everyone. But as we move forward, I do hope younger generations begin to understand the bias in media and how they present messages in order to push or pull you in one direction or another. We need less formality, less rules, less obsession with appearances. These things are just arbitrary boxes we’ve placed on life and are unnatural.
