It seems that Buddhism bothers you because you still remain attached to the egos need to rationalize things or make things “logical”. I think you made some excellent points but the generalization of Buddhism didn’t sit right with me. But this is your interpretation and I respect it as such. But have you not fallen into the trap of ignoring the path to focus on the destination? It’s not about Nirvana per say, but the personal efforts to reach a deeper understanding. Nirvana to me is defined as the end of ignorance to personal feelings, so you are always aware of your emotional state and how it affects your decisions, so instead of mindless reactions, you can act with intent and direction. The black and white terms you’ve used here do Buddhism a disservice in my opinion.
