There's a lot wrong with it actually in my opinion ... You were able to afford a degree that allows you to be upwardly class mobile but what about others that can't? Do they not deserve the chance to do so because they can't pay for it? The exorbitant prices required for these degrees are arbitrary barriers for class mobility to keep the undesirable people in society in a lower class. It's bullshit. Why should we tie educating to an ability to pay? And then tie jobs to hollow degrees rather than actual aptitude. It's just the way the world works but you admit there are better teachers than you, better able to connect with students, but because you have this "special" degree, you'll get the job over them. Not trying to talk down or bad to you, you're just trying to advance yourself and your career within our current system, but overall, on a grand scheme, it's lame.
